Learn from SCAC Director Jill, who has 30 years of teaching experience!

A 7 week wheel throwing class for all Levels. This session will focus on making cups, bowls and vases for beginners. Shape and wall thickness and adding textures will be discussed as well. The class will challenge your  every expectation. Group critiques and demonstrations will happen continuously through the class as well. Intermediate and advanced students will learn how to stack forms to build bigger pieces and the coiling method to add necks. 

Students also will learn how to glaze Work in many different ways by dipping, spraying and pouring to achieve very exciting surfaces. One Raku firing will be planed with the class (weather permitting).
