Creative, hands-on summer camp for ages 6–14 at Saratoga Clay Arts Center — with weekly themes, real studio instruction, and projects kids are proud to bring home.

  • Dates: Weekly sessions from July 6 through August 28

  • Tuition: $350 per session

  • Early Bird Drop-Off: additional $40 fee

  • Morning Session: 9am–noon

  • Afternoon Session: 1:00pm–4:00pm

  • Ages: Most handbuilding camps are ages 6–14; most wheel camps are ages 8–14

Handbuilding camps

Perfect for kids who love storytelling, sculpting, and inventive making. Campers create original ceramic projects inspired by playful weekly themes while building confidence and creative problem-solving skills.

Wheel Boot Camp

A focused introduction to the potter’s wheel for students ready to learn centering, shaping, and decorating while making functional pottery like cups, bowls, and mugs.
