Join Zoey B Scheler from her home studio in Cañon City, CO for a virtual demonstration workshop on all things high fire wire. This workshop will cover how to use nichrome/kanthal wire in your ceramic work, from ornaments and jewelry to constructing hanging mechanisms for wall works. Zoey will show how she uses this material to enhance her own sculptures and pottery while demonstrating how to use and manipulate high temperature wire. Using high fire wire for building stilts and for firing jewelry and other complicated works will also be addressed.
